Cancellations for tickets purchased for a tour or hike are required 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the tour or hike to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time of the tour or hike or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Special events and private tours may require additional cancellation time.
Cancellations must be made by calling 970-453-9767 x2 or emailing email@example.com.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for merchandise. The only exception is if an item is defective (for example, a dvd won't play) then we will offer a refund or replacement if the item is returned in excellent condition with a valid receipt.
If you receive an item that is defective, you must email the BHA Store (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 days of receiving your order detailing the issue with the item. We will then review your request and, if deemed, reasonable we will email or call you to ship the item back to the BHA at your cost. If the item is received undamaged and the defect is verified we will offer a refund or replacement. Shipping and processing costs are non-refundable.
The BHA Store is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Memberships are non-refundable.
